Kim C. Writes – “Washington DC Metro, Green Line. 4:10 PM. This is when rush-hour in DC begins because a lot of Gov’t workers get off at 3:30 or 4pm. You can see that there are people standing. The seat next to me had been vacated seconds before I took this picture, allowing me a good chance to take the pic. I wish I had taken it sooner though, because he had his feet up on top of his bag before this! THREE SEATS! Come on.”

Notice the handicapped priority seating arrow in the upper left – not much of a gentleman, forget the fact that I do not want to sit where his foot was.”
